Mind-blowing apartment-like space, super cozy and comfortable. Jaw-dropping Roasted Tea Latte, even for non-tea drinkers. Great location, with 7 Eleven and awesome restaurants nearby. Clean and helpful staff. Wi-fi, electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV available.

root2 coffee & hostel exceeded our expectations during our summer holidays in kyoto. friendly staff, comfortable japanese style room with a tv in the bathroom, and convenient amenities like a kitchen and washing machine made our stay enjoyable. the location was also great with easy access to bus stops and train stations.

Limited kitchen supplies for 4 people.
